Avalon Park, Fla. (August 13, 2019) –Cushy Yoga is slated to open September 7, 2019, in the heart of Downtown Avalon Park.
“As a long-time resident of Avalon Park, I am excited to also join the business community,” says Catherine Valdivieso, owner of Cushy Yoga. “I am eager to add to the health and wellness culture in the community by creating a place for the practice of yoga and meditation.”
Cushy Yoga will make yoga accessible for people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. There will be both membership and drop-in options for classes, as well as the opportunity to purchase patented yoga pants with padding on the knees right in the studio. Additionally, Cushy Yoga is organizing community events for the fall, such as Yoga in the park and Glow Yoga.
The studio and retail store will open to the public on September 7, 2019, at 13001 Avalon Lake Drive, Ste. 307.

The studio also has plans to move across the street into a larger, first-floor retail space in the Avalon Business Centre when the building is completed in the Spring of 2020.
